Lecturers
Human resources (HR) in the Cardiology and Vascular Medicine Specialist Program, FK Unud are the main pillars in educational services. Human resources consisting of lecturers and education staff are very decisive in the higher education system in the context of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
Lecturers at FK Unud are required to have academic qualifications and educator competencies, be physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to provide education in the context of fulfilling graduate learning outcomes, provided that lecturers of specialist programs must qualify for specialist two graduates, doctoral graduates or graduates an applied doctorate that is relevant to the study program and has at least 2 (two) years of work experience. The number of permanent university lecturers assigned to FK UNUD is 377 people, with educational qualifications of 2 S1/Professionals, 139 S2/Sp-1, and 236 S3/Sp-2. There are 17 permanent lecturers in the Cardiology and Vascular Medicine Specialist Program, with educational qualifications of 7 people S2/Sp-1, and 10 people S3/Sp-2. Lecturers have competencies that are in accordance with their field of expertise and are assigned to teach courses that are in accordance with the core competencies of the study program. 1) The Cardiology and Vascular Medicine Specialist Program currently has 15 permanent lecturers at Sanglah Hospital as well as 2 permanent lecturers and 2 non-resident lecturers. permanent ones in the Affiliated and Satellite Education Hospital. There are 2 lecturers who are currently undergoing retirement, namely dr. I Ketut .Badjra Nadha, Sp. JP (K) and Dr. dr. I Ketut Rina, SP.PD, Sp.JP (K)
